Agreement to Terms

Coastal Crest International provides furniture supply services for luxury resorts, hotels, and hospitality properties. Our services include:

• Furniture consultation and sourcing
• Custom furniture solutions
• Delivery and logistics coordination
• Project management support

Quotations and Orders

All quotations provided by Coastal Crest International are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Quotations are subject to change based on currency fluctuations, material availability, and shipping costs.

An order is considered confirmed only upon:

• Written acceptance of the quotation
• Receipt of the agreed deposit payment
• Confirmation of all specifications and details

Payment Terms

Standard payment terms are 50% deposit upon order confirmation and 50% balance before delivery. Alternative payment arrangements may be negotiated for specific projects. All payments must be made in the currency specified in the quotation.

Delivery

Delivery timelines provided are estimates and may vary based on manufacturing schedules, shipping conditions, and customs procedures. Coastal Crest International will make reasonable efforts to meet estimated delivery dates but is not liable for delays beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to the buyer upon delivery to the specified location.

Warranty

Warranty terms vary by product and manufacturer. Specific warranty information will be provided with each quotation and order confirmation. Warranties typically cover manufacturing defects but do not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage from improper use or maintenance
• Damage from environmental factors
• Modifications made after delivery

Returns and Cancellations

Due to the custom nature of many furniture orders, returns are generally not accepted. Cancellation requests must be made in writing and may be subject to cancellation fees depending on the production stage:

• Before production: Deposit may be partially refundable
• During production: No refund available
• After shipping: No refund available

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Coastal Crest International or our content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coastal Crest International shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific products or services giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification
